Guided Practice
Our 7-stage guided practice is our unique programme that has been designed to take you from a beginner on the mat to mastering the fundamentals of menopause yoga. Each stage includes a practice calendar which includes weekly tutorials and sequences for you to follow. What's more, once you've completed each stage, you will receive a certificate of achievement to mark your progress.
Solo Practice
If you prefer to practice under your own steam, our online menopause yoga membership boasts over 400+ videos categorised according to menopause symptoms. Choose from short sequences, tutorials, 7-day challenges, meditations, and longer classes. Of course, you will always have access to the Guided Practice should you wish to follow it at a later stage
