The majority of the content in our membership is aimed at complete beginners or those with limited experience on the mat. However, the BEST way to start menopause yoga is by following our step-by-step Beginners Programme. It's easy to follow with everything all worked out for you, plus you can go at your own pace.

Soon after joining, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how you can access the membership including how to download our App and join our online membership community.

Our online studio gives you the flexibility (pardon the pun) to practice whenever and wherever you want, saving you the time and hassle of attending public classes. It brings yoga that's exclusively designed to alleviate menopause symptoms which is hard to find in public classes, if not impossible. Plus, you will have access to our unique Beginners Programme which gets results both on and off the mat.

We believe that yoga should fit in with you and your life which is why our Beginners Programme lets you go at your own pace. Life often derails plans and gets in the way of our yoga practice, so whether it’s a vacation or illness, your guided practice will always be waiting for you when you're ready to resume. In the meantime, you can access to 400+ videos that you can enjoy at any time.

Once you've completed the Beginners Programme, you will automatically get access to our VIP programme where even more calendars are available to expand your practice and continue your love of yoga. Our VIP programme also comes with significant discounts and rewards. 

Every member of My Menopause Yoga Journey has access to our Beginners Programme which is ideal for complete newbies and those returning to yoga after an absence. It includes 7 practice calendars (each 3 weeks long), a Menopause Symptom Tracker, and Certificates of Reward for every stage. Once the 7-stages are complete, you will automatically get access to our VIP progamme that provides access to further calendars and content.

Most people choose our Beginners Programme as not only does it offer a structure of learning and practising yoga that’s ideal for beginners, but it has also been proven to get results on and off the mat. After stage 1 (3 weeks), 98% of women reported a significant improvement in their symptoms. However, should you not wish to follow a guided practice, our membership also enables you to achieve similar results by practising solo at your own pace.

Your card will be charged GBP 15 for the monthly membership and this payment will recur once every month. If you choose our annual membership which gives you 2 months of FREE yoga, your card will be charged £150, and every twelve 12 months thereafter.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time and without penalty. However, we advise that you retain your membership for at least 6 months to assess your improvements in symptoms. Please note that the onus is on you to cancel your membership. There are no refunds if the membership is not used and there are no refunds for our annual membership plan.

Firstly, we will be sorry to see you go. If you wish to cancel, you will need to login to your account via a desktop device such as your laptop or computer. Click on the Avatar in the top right-hand corner, scroll to Settings and from there, you will be able to cancel your membership. Your membership will remain active until the date your next payment is due, during which time you can continue to access all the content as normal. Thereafter, access will be revoked. Should you wish to rejoin in the future, our door will always be open.
