I created Radiant Reset because I couldnât find yoga to suit me during menopause. Classes either moved too fast and demanded energy I didnât have, or they were too advanced for my limited experience. I didn't need more effort - I needed a more gentle way to practise at home with structure and support.
I didnât discover yoga until age 53 during severe menopause symptoms - and it was a gamechanger. I know it can be the same for you too.

What if I already have yoga experience?
Radiant Reset works beautifully alongside prior experience. The difference is that itâs menopause focused - helping you adapt how you practise to suit your body, energy levels, and symptoms, whichever stage of menopause youâre in.
How long are the practices?
Practices are short and manageable, designed to fit into real life. There are no hour-long classes to keep up with - consistency matters more than duration.
How often do I need to practice?
Youâre guided through three short practices per week. This creates a steady rhythm without pressure and makes it easier to stay consistent even on busy or low-energy days.
What if I donât want to follow a structure and prefer to practise ad hoc?
Thatâs absolutely fine. Radiant Reset offers a clear 7-stage journey, but youâre free to practise intuitively and choose what feels right on any given day. Many women move naturally between both - using the structure when itâs helpful, and flexibility when they need it.
Which menopause symptoms does Radiant Reset support?
Radiant Reset supports a wide range of symptoms, including joint stiffness, fatigue, stress, anxiety, sleep disruption, low mood, weak pelvic floor, and reduced confidence available as yoga videos and meditations.
Do I need any equipment?
In addition to a yoga mat, some practices require simple yoga props such a yoga strap, yoga bolster, and yoga blocks. However, props around the home can be used such as cushions, soft belt, or pillows. Clear guidance is given throughout, and everything can be adapted.
Where do I access Radiant Reset?
You can practise via the online studio using the app on your phone or tablet, or through your TV or desktop browser - whatever suits you best.
Is there live support?
Yes. Your access includes a live monthly class and a private community, offering guidance, connection, and encouragement alongside your home practice.
