Meet Your Teacher
I’m the founder of Yourself Yoga - a wellness company helping women navigate through menopause. I am also a certified yoga teach and qualified in Menopause yoga.
I started my yoga journey seven years ago after suffering with crippling anxiety, loss of confidence and painful joints due to menopause. Starting yoga was a pivotal moment in my life and by practicing regularly, I noticed the huge improvement it was having on my symptoms. I began to feel like I used to many years before menopause began.
I now share my knowledge, experience and expertise with women who are feeling as low as I was, and guide them through a transformation using a variety of wellness techniques.
